Integrity Windows and Doors was truly the MVP of our home renovation. From start to finish, their client service and expert installation were outstanding. Their responsiveness, clear communication, and reliability set them apart scheduling was timely, expectations were always crystal clear, and when rare changes came up, they communicated early and often (and often still finished ahead of schedule).

They listened carefully to our vision and our budget, never pressured us, and treated our home like their own. As a family-owned business, they brought a level of care, pride, and accountability that you just don't get everywhere I would trust them with my home again in a heartbeat. They even got to know our whole family, and we felt known and prioritized throughout the process.

Lana, Albert, and Tyler have truly built a standout company, reflected in the caliber of contractors they hire and the exceptional craftsmanship, care, and professionalism of their team, including Freddy and Eddie, who did outstanding work in our home.

Lana, Albert, Tyler and their installation team (Pedro, Xavier, David and one other whose name I didn't get) was fantastic. Lana is an engaged owner and is incredibly knowledgeable about her products and the work that needs to get done. She was so good at recommending different window styles that would elevate the look of our home plus improve insulation, meet fire requirements. As soon as she heard we have young kids, she automatically made sure all our 2nd floor windows had child safety locks, something my husband and I never would have thought of. She went the extra miles to make sure we were getting the windows that suited our use cases plus increased functionality. We didn't end up replacing our windows like for like because of the amazing recommendations by Lana and allowed us to make informed decisions that we wouldn't regret.

The installation team is amazing. I can't sing enough praises. They are very detailed, very respectful, work hard and their clean up job is Impeccable! We've done a lot of remodel projects, and I can easily say they are our top 2 contractors in terms of how clean they left our home. There was inevitable dust, but they cleaned up all scraps, trash, etc. that most people wouldn't even know we would get work done if it wasn't for the new stucco around our windows. We are very happy with the installation and how much our home has been elevated by the new windows.

Not just this, but the install team was very proactive in telling us some minor things that broke during installation and immediately told us to talk to the front office for replacement/reimbursement. When we also noticed a couple of things that weren't working properly, they followed up quickly to let us know the new parts or fix was on the way.

We would recommend Integrity windows in a heartbeat. Like their company name indicates, they truly work with so much integrity, and we felt we were in good hands.

The whole team at Integrity Windows & Doors has been wonderful to work with. All my questions were answered right away, the owner and his son even offered to come out to my house to answer any questions I had post installation. The customer service was amazing. I was very happy with Integrity Windows and Doors. Lana did a great job making design suggestions and I ended up choosing the highest dollar amount bid but also the most value by far. The proposal really left an impression on me in terms of attention to detail. Even the change order for termite damage repairs was quite reasonable. I requested a couple of extra subfloor boards beyond the change order, and they were just super cool about it. The crew also works very clean and consistently whether you’re home or at the office. I’ll be contacting Integrity Windows and Doors when it’s time to replace our front door at the end of the remodel. The only hiccup was a couple of small delays on start date, but I think that was just a sign of being a successful and busy organization.

I am extremely happy with our new windows! Lana is easy to work with. She is knowledgeable and provided us with honest feedback when we were choosing the window styles for our home. The crew is awesome and the stucco work around the framing blended in just fine after painting. We still have another project for them soon.

I made a wonderful choice in selecting Integrity Windows & Doors. My project was quite large, and we requested extra work several times. The team was able to accommodate and help us finish the project in a reasonable amount of time. Freddie and Javi are very good and hard working workers, and we are happy with the result. Lana did an amazing job helping us with the new work and also in dealing with the City of San Jose which saved us from lots of pain. I totally recommend working with them. Also, by being a family business I really felt they are genuinely interested in helping their customers to have a very good experience.

We just wrapped up the second phase of installation of a total of 10 windows (including a sliding glass door) with Integrity Windows. We did the second phase a few years after the first phase because we were so pleased with the performance of the first set of windows/sliding doors, especially when it comes to controlling indoor temperature. Everything happened exactly as stated by the sales staff. The work team was skilled, friendly, and kept the site livable during the installation. The stucco repair work around the window opening is an excellent match with the undisturbed stucco. If I ever needed more windows, this is the company I would call.

A++ Experience! Integrity Windows installed 9 new windows and a rear door at our house in Los Gatos. We went with Milgard Windows and could not be happier. The black framed windows give our house a cleaner/updated look, and we can immediately feel the difference of insulation the new windows give vs our old ones.

The Integrity installation team were excellent! They always were on time, very clean and courteous. My wife is a frugal shopper and spent a full month investigating the quality and price of every window company in the valley. She is completely satisfied with our purchase from Integrity Windows.
